Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will begin to learn our operations from day one while being based in one of our local branches. You will be responsible for representing Enterprise to customers and partners while also becoming an operational expert behind the scenes. Throughout our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, foster new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentorship, and support needed to thrive. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships for your business development.

We will train you to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn the importance of prioritizing our customers. Our culture promotes friendly competition, which is vital for both our business growth and your personal success.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics within the last 5 years is necessary.
  • A valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years is required.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
