Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
  2. Support the General Manager and department heads in executing daily tasks.
  3. Manage staff to promote high productivity, exceptional performance, and positive morale.
  4. Train and supervise aquatic instructors to deliver outstanding swim education.
  5. Develop proficiency in the iClassPro software for bookings, scheduling, and reporting.
  6. Acquire in-depth knowledge of pool operations to maintain a safe swimming environment.
  7. Initiate and manage employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  8. Implement and supervise safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  9. Maintain relevant certifications and stay informed about industry trends.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in roles such as lifeguard, youth sports coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is essential.
  • Two or more years of management experience is preferred.
  • Certification as a swimming instructor is advantageous.

Certifications Required: Certified Pool Operator, Shallow Water Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (training provided).

Work Environment: This position involves regular exposure to heat and humidity, with a moderate noise level.
