Job Description:

Administrative Assistant III

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant III As a key member of our Enforcement Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our programs and services.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing and disseminating information, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and disseminate information concerning Enforcement Division programs and services.
  • Maintain filing systems, investigative records, and case files.
  • Evaluate complaints and prepare reports for further review.
  • Assist in compiling data for charts, graphs, databases, summaries, or reports.
  • Provide administrative support for general office duties, including ordering supplies, performing basic bookkeeping work, and administering travel arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred certification with TCIC/NCIC Less Than Full Access and TLETS.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with members of the public.
  • Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
