Job Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Workplace Experience will support our Austin, TX office by providing administrative and operational support to employees. You'll be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and eager to spearhead workplace culture and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the Austin, TX Office meets workplace experience standards, including managing the kitchen and pantry, ordering supplies, trash removal, and maintaining coffee machines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide first-point contact for employees and visitors, assist with on-boarding and off-boarding, monitor office requests and attendance, and report progress to senior management.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and support office events and onsite meetings.
Requirements
  • Necessities: 3-5+ years in an administrative or office management position; ability to lift ~35-50lbs, push/pull 35-75lbs, stand/walk for 4-5 hours, and have strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • The Extras: Experience with Eden Workplace software, event planning, and moving office locations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60K - $80K, based on the location and job requirements. This role is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and receive new hire equity.
