Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Marin Community Clinics. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process patient registrations, verify demographic information, and update patient records as needed.
- Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle patient payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a front office receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
