  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to comprehend the needs of prospects and customers, crafting and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of the Thales One Welcome solution.
  • Engage closely with Product Management to evaluate and recommend technical enhancements based on market trends, competitive insights, or customer needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workflows and detailed responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, demonstrating extensive knowledge and creativity to enhance sales proposals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of pre-sales or professional services experience in an enterprise software or security company, system integrator, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of CIAM and IAM lifecycles, with the ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of our CIAM solutions in relation to the digital journey of our clients.
  • Proven ability to present technical information effectively at both the business executive and architect levels.
  • In-depth knowledge in areas such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Public Key Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (SAML 2.0, Radius, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Single Sign-On, APIs, Context-Based Authentication), Security (encryption, access control, PKI, digital certificates), Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and familiarity with CRM/ERP/Service Management solutions, as well as programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or Restful API.
