Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Delivery Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for delivering technology solutions to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement technology solutions for client accounts, including data template creation, training, and validation.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, process documents, and conduct internal testing and demo/training sessions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for functionalities in the applications, and coordinate with the product team to fix bugs and customization.
  • Monitor tool usage and report to the account team as needed.
  • Manage change control processes, user acceptance testing, and release plans.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, business transition teams, business, and IT management, locally and globally.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT industry or department, with a focus on software as a service delivery management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into simplified visuals.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate a large matrix organization, with excellent attention to detail and advanced PC skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities and work autonomously.
