Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic business leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, Vertical Lead - Financial Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of leaders to develop sound business practices built around strategy, goal setting, hiring, and advising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Epsilon clients, working closely with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client retention and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to help them adapt to a transformational environment.
  • Measure success based on revenue growth across all solutions offered by Epsilon.

Requirements:

  • Proven industry expertise in Finance and Insurance, with a strong understanding of the Financial Services & Insurance space.
  • Diverse client management experience, including client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency experience.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented sales and business development experience, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise across digital channels, online, omni-channel messaging, data, services, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Established track record of owning profit and loss on revenue targets of $100M - $200M.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communication strategies directly to those client objectives.
  • Self-motivated driver with strong skills in prioritization and revenue achievement.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and participate in new business.
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
  • Leadership skills that develop the team for future growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
  • A learning leader mindset that leads with curiosity and helps solve problems and speed up processes.
  • Thrives in a challenging, evolving, and demanding environment.
