Senior Technical Support Specialist

At Omni Inclusive, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Job SummaryThe Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for scheduling engineers to travel to remote sites, implementing and administering the Starter and Leaver Process, and managing and maintaining the SLA for FS tickets out of Cherwell.
Responsibilities:- Schedule engineers to travel to remote sites and implement field operations strategies
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients, including hardware troubleshooting and asset retrieval and disposal
- Manage and maintain the SLA for FS tickets out of Cherwell and coordinate with collection agencies and Warehouse
- Interface with business users and gather needs for support from remote sites
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT field operations, technical support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Presentation and Excel skills required
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
