About the Role: As a Senior Psychiatric Nurse Specialist with All Medical Personnel, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RN - Psych & Mental Health professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients on psychiatric units, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment.
  • Assist physicians with patient management, evaluate and treat patients with mental disorders, instruct and educate patients and families, and orient and mentor new staff members.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of recent Behavioral Health experience, BLS/ACLS certification, and an active state nursing license. You must also demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.

Salary Information: The listed pay packages are based on weekly gross amounts, and we offer a competitive salary range of $1000-$1400 per week, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Please note that listed pay packages may vary based on location and other factors.
