Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

Allied Services Integrated Health System is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide critical support to our nursing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

The Clinical Support Specialist will play a vital role in organizing the activities of the nursing unit by performing clinical and receptionist duties and maintaining the physical environment of the area. They will also be responsible for implementing assigned tasks in a manner appropriate to the age-specific needs of the residents served. Excellent organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills required for effective interaction with staff, residents, management, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment reminders
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence

Requirements:

* Current CNA license required
* High School diploma required
* Minimum of one (1) year experience in a clerical or secretarial position required or two (2) years experience as a CNA required

Working Conditions:

* Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
