Job Description
As a Game Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all games, simulators, and technical equipment are in optimal working condition. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed. You'll also provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have while using our attractions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods of time. Prior experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
