Student Affairs Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Services Officer to join our team at netPolarity, Inc. (Saicon Consultants, Inc.). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, including advising, counseling, and connecting them with resources and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters, including career development and education planning.
- Assist students in identifying and pursuing research, fellowship, and scholarship opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and programs to enhance student services and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver programs, events, and services that promote student engagement and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of financial transactions and ability to learn and understand compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
