Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, negotiating, and processing customer and vendor contracts, as well as managing internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, revise, and interpret contracts
  • Accurate contract processing, data entry, data audit, and critical reporting
  • Research, interpret, and explain contract terms, as well as renewal and cancellation related questions for internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement solutions for complex inter-departmental matters
  • Address requests from other departments as assigned
  • Manage and collaborate on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Monitor pricing and approval thresholds and seek executive approval as necessary
  • Manage, maintain, and audit contract database within internal systems
  • Assist with contractual data verification, process establishment, and tracking
  • Assist with various matters/projects handled by the Legal Department
  • Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization
  • Create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Experience in legal writing and/or contract administration preferred
  • Contract Life Cycle Management Software, Conga, Salesforce, and/or eSignature platform experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate excellence and understand the implications of decisions and actions on segments of the organization outside one's immediate area
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process development, improvement, and documentation
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
