Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a cohesive team of Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services, ensuring exceptional service delivery

  • Strong leadership background with experience in contract/budget management, customer service, personnel development, food services, and negotiations
  • Proven track record of business growth with solid business and financial acumen

  • Exceptional client relationship management, influencing, presentation, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required for the role
