- Administrative Support: Perform administrative support activities, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Arrange special events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are coordinated and executed smoothly.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, and procedural manuals.
- Financial Management: Make purchases, collect payments, and verify billing information, interacting with vendors as needed.
- Education: Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement.
- Experience: At least 3 years of applicable and proven administrative support experience.
