Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is a key member of the Family Office team, responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments, preparing client reports, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in client service, operations support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
