Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments, preparing client reports, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of three years' experience in client service, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
