Reseller Sales Head - Restaurant Technology Sales (SaaS and POS)

At eatOS POS Inc., we're on a mission to revolutionize the way restaurants manage their businesses and serve customers better. As a Reseller Sales Head, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Reseller Sales Head. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and managing a network of resellers across the US, educating them about our products, and helping them thrive in the restaurant technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential new resellers across the US
  • Create leads and nurture deals from initial contact to sign-up using our CRM
  • Prospect and educate resellers about our products, becoming a trusted advisor in restaurant technology
  • Hold one-on-one demonstrations for resellers and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage the entire partnership cycle from initial call to close
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met in delivery
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position eatOS in the market
  • Cultivate relationships with resellers, understand their unique needs, and educate them on the benefits of eatOS products
  • Sign-up resellers to use eatOS products and regularly check in on their restaurants to ensure systems work as intended
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the restaurant technology, SaaS, and hospitality industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A track record of closing deals and cultivating a book of business
  • Ability to empathize with prospects and understand how eatOS can help them
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience with canvassing and cold-calling to local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and sell to every decision-making level

  • Experience in the SaaS, reseller, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
