Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth objectives, including lead generation, appointment setting, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with our agent team to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our agency team to achieve sales and marketing goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
