Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Exam Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing regulatory examinations, preparing business personnel for regulator meetings, and supporting TD's ongoing supervision program.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related experience, with a strong knowledge of operations, finance, regulatory reporting, sales and trading, and relevant rules and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills are required, as well as project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory examinations for wholesale businesses, covering operations, finance, regulatory reporting, and sales and trading.
  • Prepare business personnel for regulator meetings.
  • Support TD's ongoing supervision program by organizing quarterly and ad hoc meetings with the Firm's prudential regulators.
  • Analyze and summarize documentation and information in response to regulatory requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive work experience.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred but not required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
