as a regulatory affairs specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements. this position requires strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.

key responsibilities include:

  • register clients as broker-dealers or investment advisers with the appropriate regulatory bodies
  • lead onsite training to clients regarding regulatory requirements and best practices
  • conduct mock regulatory exams and provide SEC and FINRA exam support

estimated salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year, based on experience and location.
