Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated PC Support Technician to provide essential technical assistance for computer systems, servers, peripherals, and associated networks. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace hardware components such as computers, printers, and laptops, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries and issues raised by customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions in various devices.
  • Manage assets, spare parts, and consumables effectively.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
  • Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a field technician role or similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify hardware issues.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Experience in asset and consumables management.
