Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and renewals.
- Support sales operations by managing contract signatures and invoices.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and champions within partner organizations.
- Refine and enhance existing account management processes to boost effectiveness.
- Advocate for product enhancements based on customer insights and feedback.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive support resources for users.
- Provide technical assistance to users through support channels.
- Occasionally represent the company at events and conferences.
The successful candidate will be personally driven by our mission to ensure that all educators have access to the necessary support to maximize their impact on students.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the K-12 education sector, with a strong grasp of teaching and classroom dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing revenue associated with client relationships.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and teach new tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
