High-Performance Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Agent to join our team at Secor Auto Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Summary- Respond to internet inquiries and turn them into customers with appointments to visit our dealership.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our database.
- Contact current customers about marketing incentives and campaigns.
- Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, unsold traffic, lease renewals, etc.
- Answer incoming phone calls according to a proven script and schedule sales appointments.
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
- Positive Attitude, Team Player.
- Experience in customer sales (will train the right candidate).
- Excellent phone skills.
- Experience with VinSoultions/CDK and
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong work ethic and good references.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive health insurance coverage, ongoing training and development opportunities, and varying bonuses throughout the year.
