We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director for Hospitality Industry to join our team at Buyers Edge Platform, LLC. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, provide regular updates, and establish annual budgets with clear KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote our SaaS solution and drive cross-selling initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Development teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to enhance post-sales engagement, expansion, upselling, and customer satisfaction.

Your Background:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful leadership in sales and marketing roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in the hospitality market is highly desirable.
