Retail Sales Team Lead Professional

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Team Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
About the RoleThe Retail Sales Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating facility operations, supporting and training in2work fellows and rise up program participants. They will assign day-to-day tasks, ensure all preparations are completed in advance, and maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will have previous retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Level 2 ServSafe certification.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all retail worker duties
- Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure team awareness of daily tasks, visiting VIPs, Be the Difference & Safety of the day, and other miscellaneous information
- Teach in2work and rise up classes
- Test students of in2work and rise up classes
- Act as a concierge resource for guests, providing information about surrounding areas
- Train in2work graduates, in2work fellows, rise up graduates, and rise up fellows on their roles
- Ensure smooth operation in manager's absence and handle customer relations issues effectively
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally
- Maintain inventory, ordering merchandise and other items as needed
- Complete monthly safety inspections and file incident and injury reports
- Ensure cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere within food service
- Collect and compile daily cash and sales data using Microsoft Excel and Point of Sale software
- Previous retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Level 2 ServSafe certification required (will train/certify if not)
- ServSafe instructor/proctor certification preferred (will train/certify if not)
- Mathematical skills required for sales reports and audits
- Flexibility to work rotational schedule with rotational days off
- Fluency in native language (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy in MS Office programs
- Ability to operate equipment such as photocopier, vacuum cleaner, calculator, printer, telephone, computer, and Point of Sale system
- Well-groomed appearance and high level of professionalism
