HSM Solutions is seeking a skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Obtain shipping and receiving orders from the Customer Service Representative.
- Identify and verify products to be shipped by style number or item identification.
- Ensure accurate counts and product identification.
- Load trailers using dollies and/or carts.
- Complete proper paperwork and submit to the office, supervisor, or lead.
- Train to ship to all customers.
- Develop strong organizational skills.
- Gain knowledge of foam types.
- Inspect products for quality before shipping or receiving.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend information, instructions, and memos.
- Basic math skills, including common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed technical written or oral instructions.
