Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Personal Assistant and Office Coordinator to join our team at a local customer service-oriented Real Estate Company.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for assisting the Real Estate Owner/Associate Broker with sales and leasing, managing short-term rental properties, and providing administrative support to the office.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients, guests, and staff. They will also be proficient in social media marketing and have excellent typing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Real Estate Owner/Associate Broker with sales and leasing
  • Manage short-term rental properties, including quality control and guest communication
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including phone and email management
  • Assist with social media marketing and content creation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
