Software Sales Director

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction at Anywhere Real Estate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition and coaching agents on increased production.
  • Implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers.
  • Recruiting, acquiring, and retaining productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, and coaching and mentoring agents on business strategy and growth.
  • Ensuring compliance within the branch office with Company policies and procedures, industry and employment regulations, and state and federal laws.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to learn new software programs on an as-needed basis.
  • Working knowledge of business and financial acumen, including demonstrated P&L understanding.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and leading people, groups, and organizations is preferred.
