Sales Director

The Sales Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the Branch Manager in achieving business goals. This position requires a strong leader who can coach and mentor agents to increase production and implement an office culture that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, and coaching and mentoring agents on business strategy and growth.
Support the day-to-day management of branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth of the branch office by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs, leveraging business relationships with preferred services and externally in the marketplace, and articulating and representing the company's value proposition.
Ensure compliance within the branch office with Company policies and procedures, industry and employment regulations, and state and federal laws, including RESPA and Fair Housing Standards.
Requirements:
Three + years' experience selling real estate required
Active Real Estate License required
Technologically proficient in all areas, including familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs, and ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis.
Working knowledge of business and financial acumen, including demonstrated P&L understanding required
Experience in training, coaching, and leading people, groups, and organizations preferred
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, and impeccable grammar both verbal and written required
