New Homes Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Homes Sales Professional to join our team at Tim O'Brien Homes LLC in the Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin areas.
About the Opportunity:
- This is a unique opportunity to build a fulfilling career with a leading semi-custom single-family home builder.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers achieve their dream homes.
- They will participate in all team meetings and offer insights to Sales and Marketing Management to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, they will ensure a thorough understanding of contract documentation, financing options, and minimum standards outlined in Sales Training.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are coachable and committed to self-improvement.
- You can establish and nurture trust with Customers, Trade Partners, and Employees.
- You are adaptable in dynamic market conditions.
- With training, you can read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings in addition to redlining plans.
What We Offer:
- A competitive commission plan, offering the potential to earn $125,000 to $300,000+ in commissions annually.
- A fixed salary will be provided for the first 3 months during the initial training phase.
- Valuable benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) contribution.
