Sales Leadership and Development Manager

About the Role:
Sales leaders are responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams. As a sales leadership and development manager at Pasona NA, you will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing companies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
