Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as scheduled, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
- Monitor changes in Resident's condition and report any concerns to management.
- Assist residents with mobility using various methods, such as gait belts and mechanical lifts.
- Ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect.
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively with all customers.
The estimated salary for this role is $18.00 - $19.71 per hour, based on the location and industry standards. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:
