About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Account Director with a strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, particularly within the Beauty space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, business development, and retail/wholesale distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Create and implement account plans that align with overall business objectives and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence within existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that retailers and our brands need to achieve market share goals.
Requirements:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement account plans that align with overall business objectives and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence within existing accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product/POS development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
