Care Innovation and Optimization Specialist
The Care Innovation and Optimization Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. This individual will work closely with the care team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize care processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering training programs to healthcare professionals
- Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement care process improvements
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Five years' experience working in a healthcare facility
- Experience as a Care Team Coordinator (CTC)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
