About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who has a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program and at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen leading other managers or bakery in a similar position with like volume and quality food service establishment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing managers, managing multi-unit operations, NYC Food Handlers Certificate, ServSafe Certification, and demonstrated passion for great food, culinary innovation, and hospitality excellence.

You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to outline new ideas and business initiatives, present these initiatives to clients and senior management in a clear and concise manner, proven success leading Change Management, and able to motivate and grow other leaders to follow your direction.
