About The Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Culinary Experience to join our team at The Seahaus Hotel, Tribute Portfolio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menus and promotions to drive revenue growth, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all food and beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative menus and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management, including fine dining and banquet events
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
