Job Overview

Restaurant Associates, the industry's leading provider of dining and event catering, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Culinary Programs to lead our culinary development efforts. Based in New York, NY or Seattle, WA, this role reports directly to the Senior Director of Culinary and requires a strong background in culinary operations management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing culinary programs, including recipe development, training, and operational knowledge. They must be able to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement culinary programming and training initiatives
  • Lead recipe and program development for internal and external food concepts
  • Develop and manage budgets for culinary initiatives
  • Analyze and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
  • At least 10 years of culinary operations management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
