Community Manager BTR

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Build To Rent Homes communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial, administrative, leasing, marketing, and maintenance aspects of our communities are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect communities to ensure compliance with safety, industry, and regulatory standards.
- Work with the maintenance team to confirm move-in dates and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Develop resident retention strategies and communicate with residents to address service issues.
- Manage and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance, and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to create operating income/expense budgets and ensure financial systems are followed.
- Review monthly income and expense reports and prepare related operational and financial reports.
- Hire, train, and supervise community staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- 3-5 years of community management experience.
- Ability to work remotely and travel for company training and business.
- Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and motivating attitude.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers.
