About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team at Live Aloha LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of top-quality landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements, and material deliveries to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety and quality of work at sites and/or shop/yard, adhering to government and company PPE standards.
  • Crew Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of a landscape construction crew of 2 to 5 employees.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Complete and submit all required paperwork or electronic logs daily, including daily site meeting logs, crew daily forms, attendance tracking, time and materials billing summaries, and requests for time off.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the landscape/construction industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Certification: Industry Certification is an asset.
  • Skills: Highly structured in organization and time management, demonstrating initiative. Self-starter. Performance driven. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stamina is required. Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis. Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: From $20.00 to 25.00 per hour.
  • Performance Review: Performance review after 90 days with a possible pay increase.
