Position Overview

As an Inventory Planner, you will:

  • Enhance and refine the inventory strategy for medmix in the United States.
  • Concentrate on both medium-term and long-term planning perspectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize planning outcomes over the medium to long term.
  • Oversee and enhance the complete planning workflow.
  • Address multiple phases of the supply chain.
  • Assess and review the entire logistics process.
  • Establish and define MRP strategies and relevant parameters.
  • Select suitable forecasting techniques.
  • Serve as a liaison among various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate daily integration through both internal and external channels.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation sessions utilizing internal and external interfaces.
  • Assist in daily operational planning.
  • Respond to changes and daily challenges.
  • Manage missing parts effectively.
  • Analyze and monitor output and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement MRP control measures.
  • Process daily and weekly performance results.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in Buyer or Inventory Planning roles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for collaboration with personnel across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn software applications such as Qlikview and QlikSense.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
