Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to join our team at Ensemble Health Partners. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patient information and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign accurate medical records numbers (MRNs) and complete medical necessity/compliance checks
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Collect and process insurance information, physician orders, and other relevant documentation
- Utilize an overlay tool to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Conduct quality audits and reporting to ensure accurate and complete patient information
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 6 months of hire
