Role Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager who will facilitate collaboration with various product and service owners across multiple organizations to align business strategies and execute roadmaps, ensuring the interests of the Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) are represented.

You will:

  • Drive strategic alignment among public sector sales, operations, and technology product teams.
  • Engage deeply with customers and launch partners to define and develop new and improved processes and systems.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of our organization’s diverse products and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the development of strategies and roadmaps across various organizational pillars.
  • Play a crucial role in defining business requirements, project execution plans, and launch strategies.
  • Synthesize and manage multiple priorities while coordinating with stakeholders across various teams, including technology, UX design, data science, program management, legal, and security.
  • Analyze and report on product performance and adoption metrics.
  • Ensure continuous customer and stakeholder engagement throughout project initiation, execution, and launch of all products and services for our public sector sales.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for leadership team reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Involvement in engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Ability to represent and advocate for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
  • Experience in developing and promoting the adoption of new tools.
