The WW Sustainability Social Responsibility team is in search of an individual who is passionate about operational excellence and has a proven history of managing critical programs and projects on a global scale.

The Program Manager will facilitate cross-functional project execution, ensuring that projects are well-defined and delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget. This role encompasses strategic and tactical project management as part of the Program Management Office (PMO).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing scalable program management strategies to meet project portfolio objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborating with program managers and stakeholders to establish project requirements and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Partnering with technology and science teams to create products, address challenges, and manage development cycles for sustainability solutions.
  • Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, facilitating timely decisions, and removing obstacles.
  • Monitoring project portfolio performance and taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing project management processes.
  • Staying informed about industry best practices and advancements in sustainability solutions to drive innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience managing feature delivery and trade-offs.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience managing technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience collaborating across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
