Job Description:

At Aimbridge Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests in a welcoming and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays and ensure timely processing of payments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
