Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering and directing calls, taking and distributing messages, and organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Communication: Compose and distribute emails, correspondence, and memos as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented
