Job Title: Associate - Regional Liaison

Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Liaison Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Liaison Associate will serve as a liaison between consumers, participants, and PCAs/DCWs, providing support and resolving inquiries and complaints. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between consumers/participants and Tempus, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Provide in-person assistance and support to visitors, addressing program-related questions and documentation.
  • Help resolve inaccuracies or discrepancies related to reporting of activity time.
  • Work with applicable parties to determine PA/WA status and request new PA/WA as needed.
  • Address and resolve PCA/DCW payment issues.
  • Respond to escalated issues from consumers/surrogates/administrative proxies/waiver participants and/or PCAs/DCWs.
  • Receive visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain visitor and ID badge register, issuing ID badges as necessary.
  • Deal with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Perform administrative tasks, supporting other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages a plus.
  • Experience with Excel and Spreadsheets.
  • Professional, friendly, and understanding personality.
  • Punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to work efficiently as a team player and individually with minimal direction.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Ability to consistently maintain and build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office machines, equipment, and software.
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Education:
  • High School Diploma.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
