Position Overview

The Retail Brand Advocate is a vital team member associated with a specific brand vendor. This role leverages in-depth product knowledge and exceptional sales skills to enhance revenue for the brand. The Retail Brand Advocate is committed to creating an exceptional shopping atmosphere, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating customer insights to store leadership and vendor partners.

  • Utilize product expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Transform customers into loyal clients through exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of store readiness, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
  • Execute loss prevention strategies effectively.
  • Perform additional vendor-specific duties as required.
  • Exhibit regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to customers and team members.
  • Basic proficiency in math functions and the ability to use a calculator.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using computers and RF equipment regularly.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • This role involves continuous movement and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing may be required.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment are necessary.
