We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Phalen Leadership Academies. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our scholars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of our scholars, ensuring they master both academic and social skills.
  • Student Growth and Progress: Set ambitious goals for student achievement and track progress, intervening and pivoting as necessary to support scholar success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and research-based practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, with a valid State Teacher License or enrollment in a credentialing program.
  • Passion and Commitment: Demonstrate a passion for working with students and families in under-served communities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction and support.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Exhibit strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including scholars, families, and colleagues.
