Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable preschool educators to become part of our Abacus Family at our Indianapolis location.

Key Responsibilities of the Preschool Lead Teacher:

  • Adhere to all state regulations and Abacus policies.
  • Attend to and fulfill the needs of all children under your supervision.
  • Implement the curriculum and prepare weekly lesson plans.
  • Document and track daily activities.
  • Monitor and record developmental milestones.
  • Engage in direct communication with parents.

Qualifications for the Preschool Lead Teacher:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Compliance with all state requirements.
